The LUND Studio is undeniably characterised by my Swedish roots and upbringing in England, yet the philosophy and approach of my business is a manifestation of much more.
I’ve been working in a range of design industries for nearly 20 years whilst nurturing my passions for food, health, wellness and creativity. This has taken me from Sweden to England, Italy, Berlin and beyond.
Design may be my professional qualification, but what I have to offer is an all encompassing outlook built on my life and professional experiences. Whilst studying I chose to work within social, and facilitating contexts. Wanting to help people seems to run through my blood. It’s what I’ve always done. From years in the gastro and hotel industry to selling fabric whilst studying to working the production floor in Italy, I started the foundations of my conscious living career before I even knew what this was.
My “Conscious” Story
Because no mantra can be taught if it is not lived. It’s my own life experiences, both personal and professional which have led me to developing my business from a purely ‘interior design’ focus, to one which has a holistic approach. In a nutshell this gives me the opportunity to guide and help my clients on a variety of levels.
Interior Design and Conscious Living is about creating a foundation within your environment where your soul feels at rest, nurtured. Where you can emotionally recharge, yet equally stimulate your senses. A place where you can sustainably grow whilst enjoying the now. Being present in your life now is the greatest gift you can give yourself and those around you. Your legacy will be one full of love and memories of a life well lived.
I help set your life and space in context, both physically and emotionally. Combining elegant and functional design within your own vocabulary. I not only achieve this with my design know-how, using colour, textures and layers, but more importantly I work with the feeling.
