Terms and Conditions of Use

All content and photographs appearing on this site are the exclusive property of Kim Klelund Design and its contributing photographers and are protected under German, and international copyright laws. The photographs may not be manipulated without the permission of the photographer.

Any and all offers, consignments, electronic transmissions as well as the allocation of utilization rights (licencing) are exclusively provisional and do not exclude the following standard contract conditions. Any and all offers, consignments, electronic transmissions as well as the allocation of utilization rights (licencing) are governed by the following standard contractual conditions irrespective of additional agreements made for individual transactions. Varying contract terms are only applicable if confirmed in writing by Kim Klelund Design.

In the case of printed publications a copy of the relevant pages containing any material supplied are to be sent free of charge within two weeks of publication to Kim Klelund Design, Chausseestr. 92, 10115 Berlin, Germany.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, if any material reproduced by the media omits the copyright/accreditation notice (see below) relating to the material and expressly specified by the Museum, a reproduction fee shall be administered equivalent to EUR 150 per image, payable by the original recipient.

Credit by-lines for each photographer/ designer with copyright symbol – as detailed alongside the image on the image download page / press lounge page – must run adjacent to any images. Breach of this clause will render the permission to reproduce void and any further reproduction will be deemed a breach of copyright.

A maximum of 4 free press images may be used per piece of coverage. If more images are required these must be agreed in writing from Kim Klelund Design via press@kimklelund.com.

Material shall not be copied or loaned, and no use whatsoever shall be made of it by the recipient without the consent of Kim Klelund Design.
