This week a commission for a coffee table was completed and delivered to a client in Berlin. The brief was to design a coffee table with 4 legs, a glass top and a shelf to be made out of teak and that would fit into the current surroundings well.

Sometimes the simplest designs are the most challenging. How do you make such a seemingly ‘normal’ table into something really special.

It was a really great commission and a pleasure to see it this week. I’m really pleased with the results… I wouldn’t mind one of my own.
