Born in Sweden, Kim has always executed her designs with functionality and elegance stemming from her native roots.
She was raised in the UK, and this is where she trained as a furniture and product designer. Since completing her studies her broad range of skills have seen her work in a number of disciplines across Europe; including jewellery, graphic, product, furniture and interior design.
Kim spent a year working in the heart of the Italian furniture industry. There her hands-on experience for an established manufacturer of commercial and residential furniture well equipped her to resolve technical aspects of design, and has led her to form a firm understanding of production techniques. Kim continues to nurture her solid relationships with manufacturers and crafts people across Europe.
More recently Kim has been working in the bespoke luxury furniture and interior design industry in the UK. Her expertise brings together a broad range of specialist techniques which can embellish and decorate furniture and interiors.
In her work she focuses on creating a strong, yet sculptural aesthetic that will stand the test of time. She adapts her style to suit each individual brief and executes each project with great attention to detail and quality.
